Section 24 transfer petition for transferring divorce case to her city. Notice not served to husband yet. However summon of notice received by husband's mother a few days back. No court employee came to serve notice. Is mother of husband entitled to receive speed post summon on behalf of husband. Is exparte decided if not replied by husband on very first hearing or sone time or warning letter be issuednnPlease reply as urgent neednBest regards
if your husband's mother recieved the notice and he stays with her mother means notice served, if notice issued by both the process thn judge will hear the matter..if you are a wife and having no source thn most probably case will transfer in your city...for further detail do contact....

hello sir and mam you can file in registered notice and the Dasti Tamil .. you can request in High Court sir this person not receiving the notice Court is allowed to the Dasti Tamil and registered species post. and court is allowed to WhatsApp Tamil according to the supreme court judgement for the assistant please call me
