Section 13,(1),(Ia) meaning for divorce

My husband have applied for divorce though we were living together because of his parents wanted me to leave my husband. It's under 13,(1),(Ia) what does that mean. How can I punishment them for trying to hurt our relationship though we were together even after receiving notice.

Your husband filed Divorce case alleging cruelty and domestic violence committed by you. In most of the cases Courts do not grant divorce on those grounds. If you are interested and defend the above case then you have to file Domestic Violence case against your husband and his family members and produce the same before the Court.
