Hello sir, I have filed a divorce petition against my wife in Apr 2018 in district family court in MP.
from very first date my wife's lawyer take dates as long as possible . on other side I want an early conclusion so that i can take my life accordingly.
now a new judge has appointed there and he decide dates on one month interval . so it will take lot of time. i just want to know if there is some process that i can take my case on day-today base hearing or ant fast track basis. what should i do for my case hearing on fast track basis.
your advice will highly appreciated.

Hello, you may get your case transferred to another court by filing a transfer petition. This will enable speedy justice as it the Apex Court's Order will put pressure on the lower court and accordingly the lower court will decide the case expeditiously. Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.
