Dear Madam,  I am a law student.  I have sited your contact in Free Legal Aid Services, Hyderabad, Telangana,  I am trying to seek your help with regards to one of my contacts by name Manjula.  She is been engaged with a person (living with Prakash) for the last 5 years without marriage.   Manjula is a widow whose husband died 6 years before and stayed with Prakash for 5+ years now.  Manjula is staying with her mother and a baby of 5&1/2 years now.  Prakash married Manjula secretly in a temple.

hi first need to see whether the marriage is registered or not and if yes then if he had left the home without any valid reasons then you could file petition for restitution of conjugal rights in court
