Me apni patni ke sath nhi rhna chahta fmly issue ke chlte or mne Bina btye bina divorce lie dsri Sadi krli hai.
Kya meri dsri Sadi maayene rakhti hai Ki nhi??plz help me
Dear Client,
Without divorce second marriage is an offence under section 494 of ipc. .
Section 17 Hindu marriage act says that any marriage between Hindus is void if on the date of such marriage, either party had a husband or wife living.
The same is punishable under Section 494 and 495, IPC.

If u r Hindu then u can’t do second marriage without giving divorce to alive wife …if u r muslim u can do unto 04 marriages without divorce …this is an offence under section 494 bigamy …plz b in touch
