*पत्नी ने sec 9 डिक्री आदेश होने के बावजूद लिखित में साथ में रहने के लिए मना कर दिया है...क्या ऐसे मेें मैं divorce का केस डाल सकता हूं???? अभी डिक्री मिले एक साल भी नहीं हुआ है*

ha koi bat nahi aap turant divorce ka case file ksr sakte hai aur divorce ki decree le sakte hai aapko 100% divorce mil jayega aur usme apki wife chahe ya na chahe divorce mil jayega apko... Agar wife case me nahi aati hai to eparty divorce mil jayega aur agar aa jati hai to bhi case fight Kar aapko divorce mil jayega
