I filed a case of searching order to take my ornaments and other things from my in laws house,if police not find my ornaments then my husband file false case against me?

You have a right to take your Streedhan, if you are unable to stay with your Husband. The police by law have to help you retrieve the Streedhan Articles. Your husband cannot file a false case against you for this. Regards
