Scolding Sc prostitute lady who's married to my my hubby illegal

A woman working as a prostitute from a sc caste as captured my husband from past years and not letting him give money to the family and school fees to both kids.now says she will file a complain against me since I scolded her as a sc .can she file a case against me and will i prisoned

she is perhaps threatening you with complaining under what is known as Atrocities Act. To be convicted and punished under the said Law the abusive words should have been uttered in a public place. but the problem is police feel it safer to arrest instead of verifying the details.
