School refusing TC and asking Affidavit

The CBSE school has refused to give TC to child who is with mother (living in another state), as father has put pressure. School is asking afidavit from mother with details of school and place before giving TC. Child is not in the place where the child studies last. Mother does not want to disclose anything to school due to safety and well being of child.
unless you can establish what safety issues you are facing and unless the court is satisfied as per the material available with you of the genuineness it would not be possible for you to conceal the whereabout of the child from the father or at least no relief which has either the effect or apprehension will be allowed by any court of law. be that as it may if the rules as per CBSE do not require the disclosure of such information you can still have a valid ground to get a mandamus upon the school authorities to grant you the TC of your son without the need to provide such affidavit.
