Schizophrenia cace with wife what remedies I have

My wife has mental issues called schizophrenia, I want to annulment or divorce, her family did not intimate us for this issue before marriage, what remedies I have now to get my self out from this mess.

If there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. You need to file a petition under Section 11 of the Hindu Marriage Act seeking decree of annulment thereby declaring the Marriage as null and void on the Ground of fraud as the consent was obtained without sharing the material facts about her mental condition. You need to hire expert advocate in this regard. If such mental illness is not curable as per medical science then it can become the ground for divorce. Need more information on your case like when did u get married ?
