Saving property from divorce using private trust

14-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I will be married soon. I am thinking to create a irrevocable discretionary private trust with its own bank account before marriage. My future wife will not be beneficiary or trustee . In future if divorce happen, I am thinking to transfer my savings and property to the trust before filing divorce. As she will not be beneficiary or trustee, she will not be able to claim that money and property. Will this plan work to protect my savings and property??

dear client as per your query since you donot want to give your property or savings to your wife if you get divorced but she can claim for maintenance and you have to pay for it you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees...

recording to the details provided by you my suggestion would be that you can obviously create private trust making yourself trustee for anybody of your choice as beneficiary and very surely if in case you wife claims a maintenance in your future then surely this will be going to help you.
