Hi,
My marriage was done in June 2024, my wife left home September 2024 and staying at her father house.
regarding the house which is owned by me - in loan and EMI is going on.
My Salary is Appx 2 Lakh - please suggest an escape from maintenance.
She Filed false complaint against me in police Station.
Note: I am ready to get another loan and clear my home loan, No children, wife left home in 3 months.
she has planned to claim property and settlement and maintenance amount from me.
