Rti in axis bank to establish bigamy

Dear respected sir/madam
I am fighting multiple cases and paying maintenance to my wife for last 4 to 5 years. I got to know she is been married for last 3 years and having child from new marrige though our divorce is pending. In my personal capacity i got to know her new bank account no in axis bank where she uses her new surname.
My question is how to get the document from the bank about her application form and kyc papers submitted into the bank. Does RTI applied in private banks? If not what else I can do where axis bank can't deny me to give the documents.
yes it does there is ajudgement to the effect and private entities are now to provide such informations and please dont file any new cases and waste your hard earned money, after getting proof you can take action in your present case by adding few fresh petitions

first of all when your divorce is pending your wife cannot marry second time but if she got married you can lodge a criminal case against her of bigamy you should also stop maintenance on this pretext by filing a petition before the court which allowed the maintenance and the court can summon the documents from axis bank at the time of evidence
