No, my husband is not in govt job. He works in college as a accounts manager and he has cab business in some company. I am not able to find any way that how will I submit correct husband income?

See RTI is not applicable on private organisations. Therefore you should file any RTI for getting the income proofs of your estranged spouse. You should seek a legal consultation from some lawyer and seek proper opinion as to how to deal with this situation.

If you are not able to find the details of his income than you must wait for him to file income certificate with last three years income tax return ! Rest you can just let the court know that he earns xyz amount ! Work out more on your expenses & bills & receipts etc ! Your maintenance depends on the standard of living, income, assess, liabilities etc Hire a good lawyer if possible All the best
