Rights on wife after she applied divorce

Dear Advocates, I have below listed queries which needs a clear clarification. Please guide me. 1. If a wife filed a divorce and living separately, is her husband still having rights on her as her husband? 2. If a wife has an illegal affair which later on gets to know by husband, what are all the possibilities a husband can do legally against her and third person who have affair. 3. Both men and women applied for divorce from their spouses. In this situation, can they able to continue their life with living together relationship till they get divorce?

In this case, up to the final order of divorce, you people called husband and wife further if he knows about the illegal affair of the wife-husband can approach the court for a divorce if you both agree for divorce get a mutual divorce and settle the matter amicable manner.

1. Wife is not a property on which ownership can be claimed. Matrimonial relationship is a mutual one. 2. Adultery is a good ground for divorce. It is not a crime anymore. No criminal action against the wife or the third party. 3. Husband and wife living in the same house can file for divorce. Two divorce petitions from both parties is waste of time. As both parties want divorce they can file a divorce petition by mutual consent. This mode is faster.
