Rights of women have on husbands wealth after a divorce

I Would like to know what rights do women have on husbands wealth after a divorce. Suppose the husband puts everything in his mothers name including all property and wealth. what will the wife be entitled to then? is there a provision for that as it would be a very easy way out for the husband. also from the time a divorce has been filed is the girl entitled to any monthly allowance from the husband?

If divorce is granted mutually and any settlement is also arrived in leu of past ,present and future allimony then also she can not claim maintenance from her husband.
