Right to privacy...and case of defamation...Domestic violence

I was miss treated by my husband and inlaws during my pregnancy..due to which I had a miscarriage...I was treated even worse after that...they didn't took me to the hospital..when my father came and took me home....they stated blaming me for everything also they defamed me for having an affair before marriage by showing my photographs in public.
