Right of a father to speak to my kids

My wife has blocked my kids from speaking to me, She stays in Jaipur and I am in Navi Mumbai. I have heard she has filed for divorce in Delhi. What options do I have to ensure that my kids are in touch with me. This is her 3rd marraige and my 2nd.

You can file a suit under Guardianship Wards Act wherein you can seek remedy for access and even custody of children. You being a legal guardian cannot be denied access to you children. It will be your decision wherein you want custody of children or just access.
