Right Approach Against Wrong Maintenance In Hma24

In my divorce case / hma24, biased judge gave an order of 20k maintenance against me. Judge ignored Judicial procedure, like I submitted submission against her affidavit with details like wrong claims and missing info with evidence. Additionally I filed cpc 151 (with section ix) to seek additional info. But these submission were Never taken on record (like in daily order). I have their certified copies. What is right approach now: should i file review in front of same judge, OR should i file appeal on merit against judgement in delhi HC. OR is there a provision that i may file appeal against order on ground that this is not passed with Judicial process. Like 151 cpc and 340 crpc application are not disposed or even read or addressed before. Also facts are ignored. So kindly set aside the judgement alongwith transfer of case from biased judge to another judge. What is best approach ?
