Yes, you can obtain a certified copy of your divorce decree and judgment even if the divorce was granted in 2007. You need to apply for a certified copy before the same court that passed the divorce decree. If you do not remember the case number, the court staff can usually trace the record using the names of the parties, the year of the case and other available details. The certified copy issued by the court is a valid legal document and can be used wherever proof of divorce is required. Please share the names of both parties, the name and location of the court, the approximate date/year of the decree, and any other available details through the WhatsApp option on my profile so that I can guide you regarding the procedure and help you obtain the certified copy at the earliest.

Yes. You can obtain a certified copy of your 2007 divorce decree by applying to the same Family Court/District Court where the divorce was granted, using the case details or names of the parties. If you don't have the case number, the court can usually trace the record using the parties' names and year of the case, after which a certified copy can be issued.

You can apply for a certified copy of the divorce decree/judgment from the Family Court or court where the divorce case was decided in 2007. Provide the case number, names of the parties, approximate year, and valid ID, if available. If you do not know the case number, the court record section can assist in tracing the case. The applicable copying fee and procedure may vary by court.

yes you need to apply for fresh certified copies. if in case you forget your case no. then it might be little but difficult for you to get certified copies because divorce cases are not generally published. it is confidential and to protect the privacy of the parties. you need to approach your advocate or any new advocate for that.
