Restitution of conjugal rights

As my wife and I living in dubai My wife came to India to attend a function while she stayed in our home for only 5 days after she went to her father’s house and didn’t return back and now she blocked me from all channels it’s about 3 months now no communication. What are the law options I have if I file restitution of conjugal rights. Please advise

a for reconciliation is to file the restitution of conjugal rights so it is the place where the court will mediate and give counselling in the matter and solve all the problems between you what are in the hearts and what is the practical difficulty on the reunion between a both of you so it is better to file resistration of conjugal rights petition

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, firstly you can file for the restitution of conjugal rights, where in notices will be served and direction issued for a union, in the event of failure to appear an exparte order will be passed and in the event of failing to comply then you can subsequent move for divorce under the grounds of desertion, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications
