Restitution - Mediation - Place to stay

06-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I stay at Malad and Husband stay at Thane , we both are employed at our respective place. He has filed Restitution case in his defence, I have filed DV case against his family. He is saying that he will arrange separate accommodation near to my matrimonial house (at Thane only). he is not ready to relocate at third place. 1. During counselling at court can I refuse to stay at Thane stating that my office is far away and I do not want to stay near to matrimonial home as my in laws will always interfere. Will court consider my above reason or it will be consider as cruelty. 2. Or I have to agree to stay at Thane only. I do not want to stay near to my matrimonial home.

Well, you have to state such reasons which can be proved by you. So, if you are saying, you want to stay separate and far away from your In Laws, you have to prove in Court, that, how come they affect your life or make your life hell, if your Husband & you resort to live nearby to the Home of your In Laws.
