Responding to divorce notice on false allegations in MCD

17-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife has sent a legal notice. In the notice, they have put 16 points of false allegations on me and my family. At the end, they have asked to come for mutual consent divorce. Am ready for mutual divorce. But wanted to know that, should i deny those allegations and then agree for mutual divorce? Or, no need to deny and go directly for mutual divorce to avoid complications by denying false allegations?

there is no need to reply for those notice but it's better to deny them and agree for mutual consent divorce so that if they they rather filing mutual consent if they file contesting divorce then they will cross question you why you didn't reply to notice if it was really false

I understand your concern whatever the false allegations she made against you in the mentioned legal notice doesn't affect you in any manner. Anyhow she agreed for mutual divorce you can approach the same through court. And for any further legal enquires you can contact me
