Residence Right and Maintenance to Public Sector Employee.

My wife is an employee in public sector bank having gross salary of 78000. We both work in Mumbai. She filed a DV case in patna where i have never visited and is her paternal home and is asking.1.Accomodation of same level in mumbai as enjoyed by her previously or Rs 33000 rent.2.10000 pm for necessitiesn3.34000 pm subsistence allowancePlease note that the accomodation we were living in was provided by my bank.She also has a leased eligibility of 25000 apart from 78000 gross salary. She has also written that my salary is 67000 pm and (rental income from land and houses is 200000 which is completely false statement)How do i save myself. I have few salary slips of Apr and May 2022 of her and her Bank i card copy.Her ask is even more than my salary and she also earns the same amount.
