Requested for certified copies

Today attended for section case 9 filed by my wife. I have not recieved the details of the case but i recived through post only as a lawyer notice to attend. I forgot to mentioned the same to judge that I did not recieved document copies. My question is if I ask judge about document in court room today, will they provide immediately in the court room or I need to follow the process to get the documents. Please help.

Well, if you have not received the Petition of Sec 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act Case filed by your Wife, then, you have to apply to seek Certified Copy of that Petition in the Certified Copy Department of the Court.
