Request to help me for legal advice about my devorce and child custody

I am hindu. আমি ডিভোর্স হয়ে গেছে 2015, we have one daughter age 13, from 2013 থেকে ও ওর বাবার কাছেই থেকে, এখন মেয়েকে আমার কাছে পাঠাতে চায় কারণ ও এখন কারোর কথা শুনছে না, অসভ্যতা করছে. কিন্তু এখন আমি নিতে চাই না, কারণ এতদিন পর মানসিক বা শারীরিক এবং finanancialy পারবো না. ও আমার মাকে ভয় দেখায় আমার বাপের বাড়িতে দিয়ে যাবে, আমি জানতে চাই আমি যদি না নিতে চাই তাহলে জোর করে কি দিয়ে যেতে পারে, যদি দিয়ে যায় তাহলে আমার কি করার আছে.
as far as the financial implications are concerned the husband will have to bear the expenses of the child. also child custody if already is with the father as per the terms of the divorce decree then he cannot impose upon you the custody and care of the child. you can apply before a magistrate and seek protection, residence order for your daughter in her father's house.

if custody has been taken once it cannot be forced for reverse . However whether there was any case for guardianship or not . Please clear about that . It's better to discuss in conference . Whether father is solvent or not
