Firstly ask the court, about the lawyers attitude towards work, and ask the court to change your lawyer. Also, please file vakalatnama of another private lawyer if you want to. If you ask I will file my vakalatnama in your case.

You should personally appear before the court tomorrow and clearly inform the court that about your situation. Seek time (adjournment) on the ground of medical condition and lack of proper representation. Simultaneously, request the court to appoint a new legal aid counsel or permit you to engage a private counsel. Also, mention that your Demand Draft (DD) is lying in court so that appropriate directions can be passed.

Hi there, the first to be taken depends on the stages the cases are at present. In general, you have an option to hire a new private counsel who can look after your cases and will charge fees, which can be negotiated. It's advisable to contact me and provide requisite details to assist you better with representation issues.

You need to continue with the divorce case which has already been filed by you. You need to show the court the proof that you have indeed gone to the court and complied with the authority. You need to be present with a lawyer for the same.

You should connected to your main counsel before hand. If that is not available then you should take his/her Jr for the date else go yourself to the court and ask for relief. Then later find the better solution. As your date is tomorrow you must attend yourself first then can approach to the another help or support.
