24-Feb-2026 (In Divorce Law)
*Jan 2020: At age 19–20 (below legal age), I was allegedly pressured into marriage. *03 Jan 2020: Court marriage registered using a fake age document.*Same day: Backdated Arya Samaj certificate (dated 04 Nov 2019) prepared. * Parents were not informed; all witnesses were from her family.* I was misinformed about her age and caste before marriage. *11 July 2022: Under alleged threats/blackmail, another Arya Samaj marriage was conducted using my original documents. Is this marriage legal ??

if the marriage has been done fraudulently or through coercion it is illegal you were swindled into marriage the girls hid her age then then the Arya samaj marriage was conducted using original documents

Under the Hindu Marriage Act, valid marriage requires free and voluntary consent of both parties. If consent is obtained by force, threat, or fraud, you can file a petition for annulment under Section 12 (voidable marriage).

As you have told that in January 2020, you had got married in one of your Arya Samaj organizations and had further amended it by preparing fake court documents for the marriage and then got marriedNow one party to your marriage is threatening the other party with blackmail on this basis.

under age marriage is void marriage as per law and the Arya Samaj Marriage Certificate is not a valid document for marriage registration. You may lodge a complaint for cheating and forgery and also file a case to declare the said marriage as a voidable marriage
