Request for child custody since we are staying separately for 3 years

My wife is jus keeping my son away from me from many months now. Relationship with spouse has not been going well from three years n she stay her parents home from 3 years. How can I keep my son with me for atleast sharing basis
hi you could file petition in court for chilf custody but you need to raise proper grounds in court that why you are apt in taking care than mother citting your capacity and you could also file petition for restitution of conjugal rights
