Can infertile husband give divorce to wife if she is not willing for IVF?nWife is trying for natural pregnancy,by taking treatment for husband infertility Husband reports show good result ,but still not sufficient for natural pregnancy.But now it has become 12 years of marriage.hence husband and inlaws want to force IVF on wife by threatening her to give divorce,if not accepting IVF.Also they made false allegations of her character since she said no to ivf.

A wife cannot be compelled to undergo IVF, and there are judgements to the effect that when wife is willing to wait for having baby (in the natural way ) husband cannot make the same as a grand for seeking divorce.
