Reply only if you do pro bono for counsel & case representation

16-Apr-2026 (In Divorce Law)
I have been facing severe financial hardship for the past 31 months due to continuous unemployment and currently have no active source of income. I am looking for a divorce lawyer who can not only guide and counsel me but also represent and fight my case in Family court Bandra, Mumbai. I would sincerely oblige and appreciate support on a pro bono basis or at very minimal, affordable fees given my current situation.

Dear client, Sure I can help you at a minimal fee. Would require you to visit my office on appointment basis for a detailed understanding of your situation. If possible carry documents if any are involved. Also there will be a success fee charged if the case is resolved in your favour. Let me know.

if you don't have any money to pay the fees delay the process of divorce, and seek separation on legal notice for the time being and try to get a job offer, then you can file for divorce if you have resources as divorce is not covered in legal aid cases yet as it is not a necessity it is a luxury
