Once your divorce is done mutually, you can remarry the very next day as per the Hindu marriage act and special marriage act. In matter of mutual divorce there is no bar of time for remarriage. Only in case of contested divorce, there is a waiting period of six months. For mutual divorce there is no WAITING PERIOD

Of course your divorce must be complete, and after the divorce is complete you can remarry at any time after getting degree, there is no time limit for this. You can marry at any time, be it social marriage or registry marriage.
