Remarriage savings when divorce proceeding are long due

Arranged marriage with doctor graduate woman in 2021. Unilaterally she left home after Apr 2022. Her family not disclosed health illness - disformed uterus and schizophrenia. No kids. She filed false cases in DV, 498A, dowry harassment-got AB. When my wife is from wealthy and affluent family. Despite wife doctor, what's best way to secure property for my remarrying - future wife and kids?
At this juncture, you don't worry about protecting your property because you don't have any children and your wife is rich..You can file a divorce petition immediately for getting divorce from her and then you can go for another marriage..
