Remarriage possible with divorce case still running

Hello sir, could you please let me know if remarriage is possible if my divorce case is still running with my husband for last 2.5 years. T he new boy and i are both interested in remarry.

Until you didn't get divorce decree from Court you can't remarry till then judgement come you are legally married with your husband. best solution is that fikr mutual consent divorce which can be done in few weeks then you may marry with the one you love. if you have any other questions feel free to ask thanks and regards advocate Anant Sharma

according to Hindu marriage act your marriage is not solemnized but is law consequence your marriage you are solemnized with another guy you can call me I will be advice you very best according to your query
