Religion. Hindu nSir/mam I want to marry a woman with two kids her husband is missing from 1 year.Please let me know about her two boys (one 8 year & one 4 year old) if she should leave them with grandparents or keep with her.What are her right about childrens & children's rights

sbse pahle to apko missing report honi chahiye apke pas or woman ko devorce case Krna hoga apne hasband ke khilaf usko exparty krane ke bad ap us woman se merry kr skte h or agr chahe to uske kids ko adopt kr skte h .
