Release of Passport from the court of law under 498A

My passport is in the custody of the borsad court since 2022 under 498A which was filed in 2017 by my ex wife through a private complaint under which the police investigation has come negative. My concern here is I want a passport to be released since I am getting a relevant job abroad based on my experience and Qualifications. Please guide or assist.

You need to file an Application for release of Passport if the case is not yet disposed of. You can also file for modification of condition, however will have to go through case papers to give you the best advice. Open to further queries. Regards, M. K. Vohra & Associates, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Namste, ‌sir , apki ye jo 498A ki matter pending hain ? Apko court me application deni padegi ki so n so case me mera passport court me jama karvaya tha but muje so and so reason se pasport vapas chahiye muje so n so company me se job offer hain I need my pasport.
