My husband has applied for divorce towards me through kerala family court. We are hindhu religion. We have a 4 year old daughter. Even though he has applied for divorce can the wife , me , go and stay at my husband's house with my in laws even during the case procedures going on even though My husband is working at Chennai and he's staying there.
you can very well stay at your husband's home irrespective of the relavancy of the other persons living therein. as you being the legally wedded wife, you husband is duty bound to provide you with sufficient accommodation for you and the child.
