related to domestic voilence legal notice recieved what to reply

Tell me what happen if my wife send me a 50 ruppee stamp sealed by authority mentioning that she was stayed with me 2 years and from almost 3 years she used to live with her family and stating in the stamp that me and my mother used to do domestic voilence tell me what i have to do in this situation.

Hello So, after receiving such notice, first of all you need to respond to that notice which denying all the averments and allegations made by you wife against you and your family.
