Regarding the Permanent Alimony in Mutual Divorce

Dear Sir/Madam, In case of Mutual Divorce the permanent Alimony/Full and final settlement amount will it be decided by the Hon'ble Court or by the Both wife and husband??? Please clarify.

both wife and husband shd decide and no court can't decide the alimony or final settlement amount both the wife and husband should decide not by the court because alimony can decide case to case is different each case different so Court cannot decide decide
