Regarding the list of Stridhan

08-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hello Team, My wife has left my house around 4 months back and taken all the Jewellary and belongings with her without my knowledge and didn't come back and they said, they will do mutual divorce so didn't take any action at that time. Now she is asking the same thing in the CAW Cell, What should be the next step in this case as I don't have those things with me? Please advise.

First of all rather than going legally you should serve your partner a legal notice as to why she is doing all these and try to figure out what's going on in her mind regarding you. After that if she fails to give you satisfactory reply then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station of your area. But if you are willing to stay with her then you should file a petition under section 9 HMA for calling back your partner in your matrimonial life. And as far as the complaint of CAW is concerned you can always file your reply in writing that you are not having any belongings that belong to her.
