Sir..kya recently koi aisa amendment hua h in divorce case... Ki shadi ki date se till date tak... Per year court fees.. 2500 rs liya jaye..... Plz help.
There are no any amendment in divorce case for shadi ki date se till date tak Per year court fees.. 2500rs, Cost of Divorce in mumbai .The cost of filing the petition is nominal in india, at around Rs.250.The main cost,of course.

Hi, aisa koi law ya amendment Indian law me announce nahi hua he. Itani jyada fees court case me nahi lagati he divorce case me. It is for sure that there may be some confusion to understand such amount. Court fee hamesha court tickets and stamp duety me pay hoti he as fee jabaki panelty and other court accountant ke pass cash ya cheque me jama ho ke receipt milati he.
