Regarding the 498a and 494 FIR

Dear Sir,
I have married last year due to her extra affair we got separated through notary because they are not interested in legal proceedings.. I recently married another girl they have filed a case on me for this.. how to deal with this
hi first need to see the contents of the FIR which are filed against you and its allegations in it and based on that you could file quash petition in high court to quash the case as you are not concerned with the allegations
