Regarding taking my kid to my house( legally divorced mutual)

We got Legally divorced in 2022 and having a 6 year old girl child. All financial settlements done as demanded and sending maintainance amount to kid on time without fail. Can meet kid monthly once only now. Can do video calls 4 times a week. Wish to know if i can apply for taking her home one weekend to meet my parents. My Parents also wish to meet her. I got remarried now and wife is very much supportive regarding kid's matter. Please let me know my rights regarding this

You can very well file applications before concerned family court for modifying the order already made first of all you have to provide the details of all the legal cases and the final order In all those cases you can file appropriate application applications by stating change of circumstances

you have to file applications to alter the order already passed before the concerned family court stating there is change of circumstance. you can very well succeed in the matter if you can convince the court regarding change of circumstance
