Regarding summon..How I reply again this summon and what exactly it is

Sir I send him the notice after so many discussions with my family..he cheated me by hiding his son aggressive behaviour n mentally retarded..This s my second marriage now I received the summon against my proceedings of divorce notice..what should I do n how I reply to this summon..what it s exactly?

Participate in the divorce proceedings and put up all the evidence in court and prove in court how he cheated you. You can also file counter case against him for maintenance. Also, you can contact me for further guidance in your matter.
