Regarding self aquired property claim from wife to husband

Sir I have one clarification regarding if wife send divorce notice to husband whether self aquired property title deed in husband name can she claim for share and before notice can I sell property or I can make register to family member if I do this is it effect after proceeding in court or I can make registered gift deed to sister or brother will it effect in future

yes it is possible to make a gift deed to your legal hairs before filing a divorce petition you can safe from this property and avoide the alimoney from your wife so but as per law wife asking only for maintenance not for partician when husband is alive
