regarding second motion of mutual divorce

he is skipping mediation dates. he has never said he doesn’t want divorce rather he kept postponing without giving reason. now he neither accepts calls nor replies to my lawyer messages. what should i do now as my file will go to court on 28th august
that means you can file contesting divorce petition the court will pass the notice we will issue a notice after noticing will come for the hearing that we can send to the mediation session you can file contest petition better

You can't do anything if he is not agree. both parties must agree for settlemant and divorce. The Court will decide the matter in court. You better to contest the case with cozant material evidence. Except this you have no option.
