Regarding NRI Divorce - Contested

I am staying in Denmark and want to file contested divorce immediately. I'm not sure on the court work schedule amidst the Corona situation. How can I file for contested divorce now? Can I do it online?
You need to hire an advocate who shall do it for you. Physical filing is still in progress at the court, no online filing as of now at the family court. In any case contested divorce will take it's own time, possibly a year or two. Talk with an advocate, u may also contact me.

yes u can file a divorce firstly u want mutual divorce or induasa it clear at presently u don't come in India but u file ad divorce petition if further proceedings u call me or contact me in my office
