Regarding my daughter's and unborn baby custody

I am living in a bad relationship with my husband from last few years and it's not gonna working anymore. I want to be out from this toxic marriage.kindly guide me how could i get custody of my girl.

Hello mam, how old your girl child is? if your girl is minor and you are capable enough to maintain her and if she is 5 or less than 5 year, you will get the custody..and for end of the marriage you can file contested divorce petition...for further detail do contact...

hello mam according to Hindu marriage law you can file divorce petition and according to Indian penal code 1860 you can file a FIR 498a 406 323 and other sections and according to domestic violence act you can filing maintenance petition for the query please contact with me

You have to file an application under section 26 of Hindu Marriage act and pursue it. Thereafter pursing it properly and with valid ground you can have the custody of you daughter. kindly share some more information on this particular case for the better understanding like what is the age of your minor daughter. At the same time if you are not happy with the marriage, you can file a petition for Divorce. Both of these have to be filed in Family court.
