regarding moving abroad while on 498-A case without taking permission

If a person and his family members are on bail for 498-A case, and the main accused(husband) goes abroad without taking courts permission, then is there any serious legal action that can be taken on the family members who's name is in 498-A case ? and also the guarantor who has taken guarantee for bail ?
Hello is there any condition imposed on husband for not leaving abroad without permission of court and there should be certain conditions court might have imposed on all accused then if they have flouted such conditions their bail is subjected to cancellation
