Regarding mentioning of divorcee status in govt job application form

Sir I m legally separated.ow for job application if I mention my marital status as divorcee, is it necessary to attach divorce certificate for document verification at the time of interview ?

Divorce is your personal information, your job has nothing to do with it.
You don't have to attach anything for that, you can just mention Divorce. Having said this if the company has anything to do with your divorce then an action can be taken accordingly.

It is not required to furnish the Divorce certificate and in Job application you can mention “single” if there is no option or if there is option to tick “divorced/ separated ” then choose this only.
As to me it is not required to furnish the Divorce certificate in any where during the cource of emplyment.
